Tamarind Institute benefit includes a print by Sarah Smelser

Tamarind Institute, the venerable organization credited with the revival of hand lithography in America and charged with the training of new generations of Master Printers, is holding its annual WIN/WIN Art Lottery benefit on Saturday, September 16, 2017. This is Tamarind’s primary fundraiser to provide scholarships for students and residencies for artists. All artwork has been generously donated by Tamarind artists, printers, and friends, to support Tamarind Institute. Manneken Press and Sarah Smelser are proud to be contribute “Skopelos IX“, a monotype by Smelser, to this year’s lottery.
